Terrorism and violence rules our daily life. There isn’t a moment of peace. Every day, the newspapers, the news channels carry incidents of murders, wars, bomb-blasts etc.
I don’t know, when we will learn to act as ONE human community? When will we leave our differences aside and strive for global peace? When will religion not be a barrier but a connecting force?
I hope, some day, we make this world a better place to live in…….)

Why can’t we live in peace,
Why do we have to fight?
Don’t we understand we lose always-
Even if we are right!
Why some silly unknown reasons,
Wars and disputes do make?
Why only innocent lives,
are always put at stake?
What do we get by betting-
against our own soul?
On this life’s stage-
Do we play the right role?
Does our happiness multiply-
By snatching other lives?
Each sin we commit hurts us later-
like sharp and pointed knives!
Fighting over Gods and religion-
does that make us divine?
Even for a moment of happiness-
for long years we pine!
Why can’t we live in peace,
Why do we have to fight?
Don’t we understand we lose always-
Even if we are right!
Sonalism- It's different
